General

Do you provide alcohol?

By Georgia state law, we are not legally allowed to provide alcohol, but we've got you covered with a curated shopping list tailored to your event and selected cocktails. You'll know exactly what to grab and how much.

Are you certified and insured?

Yes. We're fully insured and our bartenders are ServSafe + TIPS certified. Your guests are in responsible, professional hands.

What makes you different from a typical mobile bartender?

Every drink is mapped out like a science experiment. From sourcing seasonal herbs, florals, and organic juices to handcrafting our own mixers, every step of the process is intentional. The crafting, the presentation, the pour. Nothing is random.

Booking & Packages

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 2 weeks. Need us sooner? We offer rush bookings depending on availability, just reach out.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes! We offer private tastings for $200 — we come to you with a curated selection of your custom drinks so you can taste, refine, and fall in love with your drinks before event day.

What's included in each package?

Every package includes standard mixers, biodegradable cups, napkins, straws, stirrers, and coolers. The main differences are in the number of drinks, level of customization, and additional features like drink signage or themed decor.

Can I customize my package?

Absolutely. We offer various add-ons and can tailor any package to your needs. From smoke infusions to custom garnishes, we bring your vision to life.

What are your payment terms?

50% deposit secures your date, remaining balance due 30 days before the event. We accept major credit cards (3% processing fee), Zelle, and bank transfers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations 30+ days out forfeit the deposit only. Within 30 days, the full balance applies. Need to reschedule? We're happy to find a new date.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance?

Yes. We carry full general liability and liquor liability insurance. If your venue needs a COI naming them as additionally insured, we provide that at no extra charge.

Do you require a contract?

Yes. All bookings require a signed contract outlining inclusions, timing, payment terms, and expectations. We send everything digitally.

Drinks & Service

Can I choose drinks outside your drink inspirations?

Absolutely. While we love our creations, we're all about crafting your vision, from classic cocktails to personalized botanical infusions.

Do you offer mocktails?

Yes. Every drink can be crafted as a mocktail without compromising taste or presentation. Everyone deserves a beautiful drink experience.

Do you use organic ingredients?

Yes. We prioritize non-GMO, organic, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. From organic juices (never from concentrate) to handcrafted syrups and botanical infusions, every ingredient is chosen with intention. We also use sustainably sourced cups, straws, and napkins because how we serve matters as much as what we serve.

What goes into your pricing?

Every Botanix event is built with intention. Our pricing reflects non-GMO and organic ingredients, sustainably sourced consumables, handcrafted mixers and syrups, premium botanical garnishes, professional certified bartenders, a curated alcohol shopping list, complete bar setup and breakdown, and drink signage styling. You're not just hiring a bartender — you're getting a full-service craft bar experience designed around your event.

What is premium garnish styling?

Standard garnishes include citrus wedges and basic herbs. Premium styling adds edible flowers, dehydrated fruits, infused ice cubes, unique rims, and artistic techniques that make drinks Instagram-worthy.

What does "From" mean on pricing?

The listed price is a starting point. Actual pricing may increase based on guest count, event complexity, or custom requests. We confirm everything before finalizing.

Can I mix and match add-ons?

Absolutely. We love creative ideas and can build a custom setup just for you.

Event Day & Logistics

What types of events do you service?

Weddings, corporate events, brand activations, conferences, galas, private parties, and milestone celebrations. From intimate gatherings to large productions.

How early do you arrive?

60 to 90 minutes before service. For larger events or extensive styling, we may arrive earlier. Setup and breakdown is included.

Do you provide a shopping list?

Yes. After finalizing drinks, we send a detailed list with exact quantities based on guest count and duration.

Do bartenders need to be fed?

For events over 4 hours, we kindly request a meal for our staff to maintain energy and service quality.

How far do you travel?

We're based in Atlanta. Events within 30 miles are included. Beyond that, $0.55/mile applies. We've traveled hours for the right event.
